Screen Printing
BuyTeamUniforms.com is the online store for Lakepoint Screenprinters in Mooresville, NC. We are a full service screen printing and embroidery shop. We can print your logo or one of our stock designs on your uniforms. All Uniform Orders that are to be printed by us require a 10 piece minimum. We can do fill in pieces but do charge $15.00 to remount the screens and print single pieces. This is a one time charge. Sorry but we do not offer contract printing or print on your items.
Screen Setup Charges on initial orders.
$25.00 per color per location (One time). $15.00 to reset screens for fill-in pieces.
Numbers.
$3.00 per jersey single color per location. $5.00 per jersey 2 color per location.
This is not a per number charge. Number 1 is billed the same as number 10, 25, 44 etc. All numbers are 8" numbers on the back and 4" numbers if requested on the front of the jersey. These prices are per location. Jerseys requiring front and back numbers would incur 2 numbering charges per jersey.

2 Color Print (min 10 pieces) - $4.00 per (No 2 Color Sleeve Prints)
Other Screenprinting considerations
Printing on Dark Jerseys with light inks require double prints and such are treated as 2 color print job. This is to insure that you get good coverage on your apparel and also to minimize any bleed through of the fabric's underlying colors.
Printing Colors other that white on dark jerseys sometimes require a white underbase so the top color will be bright and vibrant on the garment. (Example Red on Royal Blue). To do this will require an additional screen charge and will count as a 2 color print.
What is Screen Printing?
Screenprinting is the process of apply Platisol inks to garments. It is very durable and can hold up to washing very well. It cannot however be dry-cleaned. We are capable of printing up to six colors on your jerseys.
I have a logo, can you use that?
Absolutely. Shoot us an email with your logo and we'll be glad to take a look at it and give you a firm estimate as to setup charges and printing charges.
