Shipping Information:
Custom Uniform orders usually require 7-10 business days before shipping. If an earlier date can be met we will let you know. We do have a rush service and will try to meet any deadlines you impose, however we cannot guarantee stock at anytime and will let you know of any shortages. Our inventory system is not real time. Although we stock many items, back orders do happen especially when a sport is in season. We will not be held liable for shortages or late shipments.
Custom headwear orders require 3-4 weeks production for embroidered items from Pacific or Richardson. In-house embroidery is 7-10 business days before shipment.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We do offer refunds on undecorated, unworn items. If the item is bagged and then opened we cannot refund opened items. All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is also your responsibility. We will refund your account upon receipt of the item and after our inspection and approval will refund your purchase price and tax (NC Only) less a 25% restocking fee.
We WILL NOT refund for any decorated items. Sorry but once approval to print or embroider has been given, there will be no refunds.
