What manufactureres are you able to get?
We can get most of the uniforms you have seen. Here are our most popular manufacturers that we are distributors for. EagleUSA, Augusta Sportswear, Badger Sportswear, Teamwork Athletic, Holloway, Pacific Hats, Richardson Hats. We can also direct you to another supplier if you need Mizuno, Easton, BoomBah, Russell or another supplier. We will be glad to print on those items as long as they are obtained through our other supplier here in town.
We need to size our team. Can you send us some samples or provide us with some sizing charts?
We can send you samples however you will need to pay for them upfront and ship them back to us for decorating. Sorry but in this industry there is no such thing as free samples. We wish we could get them. However, if we have something in stock you might can use we will gladly ship it out to you or you can come by and pick them up with a minimal deposit.
How long will it take to get my uniforms or apparel?
We try to ship out in 7-10 days upon order placement. You will be notified if we cannot meet those demands. Please realize that others are also ordering and in-season sports can be delayed so get a head start and order early.
How can we check on our order?
Give us a call and we will give you an estimate on a ship date. You will here from us if there are any shortages on your requested items. You will also here from us either by email or a phone call when your order is shipped. If you have not heard from us then we are currently not working on your order.
Can we change our order after it has been placed?
Yes, to a point. If we have already ordered your items, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee on any changes. If you notice an error when you place your order, shoot us an email or give us a call including your order number and we will try to accomodate you without any expense to you.
Will you sponsor our recreation or travel team?
Sorry we do not, but we do wish you alot of success and thank you for working with kids and keeping them active in sports.
We are waiting on a sponsor. Can we go ahead and order the uniforms and pay later?
Sorry, no. We require full payment upon ordering from us. We do take Mastercard, Visa, personal check and certified funds. Personal checks and Certified Funds will require a 10 day waiting period before the order will be worked into our schedule because of fraud issues.
Do you have a storefront?
Yes we do. We screen print and embroider in our store. We do not sub out our work, except for stock embroidered hats from Pacific and Richardson Caps. We are located in Talbert Pointe Business Park in Mooresville, NC. You may pickup your orders and save on shipping/handling charges if you like.
